Jewelry Making
SO I just started a new hobby... One lazy night on the couch, I was watching Shark Tank. One lady came on and she wanted money for her homemade jewelry.. I immediately got off the couch and went to Walmart around 10pm and picked up a small jewelry starter kit and a few tools.. I returned home and started to create a necklace!! I then went to Michaels Crafts yesterday and bought some more beads to create some jewelry pieces! I'm so excited to get started.. 
This is my very FIRST homemade necklace!! What do you think???

Holiday Party!!
SO, I planned a Holiday Party for my coworkers about a month ago.... I totally forgot to send out a reminder about the date and the date is TODAY!!!! How could I have forgotten something like this? So anyway the party starts at 5pm and most people forgot about it so it should be interesting to see how many folks actually arrive... I didn't even decorate the meeting spot this year smh.. Last year, I was on point with everything!! On top of all that, it's raining cats n dogs outside.... I will update my post later..

Message to the guys...
Guys, when you want to get to know a girl, you should take her OUT.. Don't invite her to your HOUSE on the first night, and don't invite yourself to HER house at any time.
Don't be a bug a boo and don't be nosey. Invite her to the museum, dinner, race track, a picnic, things that will allow you to know who she is and what she wants....
NEVER make perverted comments to get her attention because this shows that you only want ONE thing and if you really like her, this is not how you want to start the relationship because you may not get very far.
A lady wants to hear you compliment her and how much you want to spend time with her.. What the ladies don't want to hear is how much you make and how big your car is.. The ladies want to know your expectations with her and what you're going to do in order to achieve your goals.
Be yourself, relax, and have a good time!

The Interview
People, people, people.. Let's talk about interviews!!!
When you go to an interview, PLEASE look your VERY BEST!
Research the position you want
Practice your interview with someone
Have some strengths memorized
Go to the location the day before
IRON clothes well
Comb your hair!!
Eat a good breakfast (before you get dressed)
Be at least 45-60min EARLY
Take a breath mint before you interview
Think before you speak
Speak clearly and don't stutter
Avoid saying "uhhh, umm"
Make good eye contact but don't look like a weirdo
Try to avoid stating any weaknesses, turn those into positives
SMILE!! This shows your positive attitude
Don't sound rehearsed, it looks like its not genuine
BE VERY SPECIFIC of what the panel is asking you. If they ask you, "Tell us about a time when...." Then do exactly that. Never be so general, it sounds as if you're making it up and you can't pull from an actual experience.
Most of these statements above are probably very common sense however maybe not to all..
The very best advice I can give is to relax and be yourself and every time I did that, I got the job I wanted.
